If a customer fails to turn up at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time (No-Show), no refund will be provided. Our drivers wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before proceeding to the next pickup.
Safety is our top priority. If a tour is canceled by Dubai Heritage due to severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, sandstorms) or unexpected mechanical failures, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling the tour to an alternative date.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
