We operate on a strictly transparent pricing model: all packages are priced per person unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., private vehicle bookings). Please note that a 5% VAT and a 3% Machine Use fee will be charged extra on the final booking amount.
Desert safaris involve off-road driving (dune bashing) and outdoor activities. Pregnant women, individuals with back or neck problems, heart conditions, and infants under 3 years old are not permitted to participate in dune bashing or self-drive ATV/Buggy activities. By booking, you confirm that all participants are medically fit for these activities.
All self-drive vehicles (Quad Bikes and Dune Buggies) must be operated strictly within the designated areas and following the guide's instructions. Reckless driving or failure to follow safety protocols will result in the immediate termination of the ride without a refund.
Dubai Heritage reserves the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary due to government regulations, national holidays, or unforeseen weather conditions. In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative or apply our refund policy.
